We all have those words we use far too frequently. However, not all of us feel comfortable using a thesaurus. Microsoft Word has an option that allows you to find synonyms without having to click out of the Word document. Simply right click on the offending word, and take a look at the synonyms that are offered. Who knows? You might find your new favorite word.
A lot of people say that starting the paper is the hardest part. So instead of trying to think of that perfect line or that fantastic starter, just try typing up any ideas that get into your head. Once you have started the paper, ideas might flow more smoothly. And if you don't like what you started with, you can always delete it!
